Creatives Agency - Agency Head

We’re an established and fast-growing agency representing top- tier talent in makeup, hair, styling, and nails — and we’re looking for a dynamic individual to play a pivotal role in both artist bookings and agency growth.

The Role:
The Agency Head will be responsible for overseeing the daily running of the agency, expanding its client base, and nurturing both talent and brand partnerships. This is a leadership role that requires a balance of strategic thinking and operational execution—perfect for someone who thrives in a creative, fast-moving environment.

Lead and manage all day-to-day agency operations, from talent booking to client service
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Actively seek new business opportunities, including collaborations, partnerships, and events
Oversee artist development and ensure their work aligns with agency standards and brand to grow their individual client base
Manage scheduling, contracts, invoicing and agency P&L
Work closely with the founder to shape the agency’s growth strategy and market positioning
Represent the agency at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings
Maintain a strong understanding of beauty, fashion, and media trends to keep the agency competitive

5+ years of experience in a senior operational role in a creative, beauty, or talent-based business
Strong relationship-building skills with a client-first mindset
Ability to think strategically while rolling up your sleeves to get things done
Commercially aware with a keen eye for opportunity and growth
Passion for makeup artistry, creative industries, and supporting emerging talent
Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a small team setting
Previous experience running a small business or working in a founder-led company
Existing contacts within fashion, media, beauty, or entertainment industries
Familiarity with booking systems, artist management tools, or CRM platforms

The Role:
As Talent Manager, you’ll work closely with our roster of exceptional artists and our diverse client base, managing day-to-day bookings and artist schedules, while also driving new business and helping to shape the future of the agency. This hybrid role blends operational excellence with proactive sales, client engagement, and business development.

Manage and coordinate artist bookings, schedules, and client communications
Negotiate fees, secure optimal contracts, and handle usage terms professionally
Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, clients, and creatives
Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand our client base
Deliver seamless administrative support including diary management, reports, and documentation
Handle invoicing, expenses, and ensure timely follow-ups with artists and clients
Prepare marketing communications such as mailers, client proposals, and artist promotions
Lead internal meetings, track KPIs, and contribute to artist development strategies
Maintain complete discretion and confidentiality in all interactions and communications
Stay ahead of trends with ongoing industry and competitor research

2+ years’ experience in bookings, sales, or a client-facing role (ideally in a creative, beauty or talent based business)
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets and KPIs
Exceptional communicator — articulate, persuasive, and confident with clients and talent
Commercially sharp with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Highly organised, detail-focused, and solutions-oriented
Absolute professionalism, integrity, and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, and CRM systems
Passionate about beauty, fashion, media, and the creative industries
